A/B testing lets you compare two or more versions of a campaign.

What You Can Test

You can test:

  • Subject line A against subject line B.
  • Different email content.
  • Different call-to-action buttons.
  • Different sender names.

Create an A/B Test

1. Create or open a campaign.

2. Choose the A/B Test option, if available.

3. Add the versions you want to compare.

4. Set the winner rule, such as best open rate or best click rate.

5. Confirm the sample size and timing.

6. Start the test.

Choose a Winner

The system may choose the winner automatically, or you may choose manually if the option is available.

Review the results before sending the winning version to the remaining audience.
