Sign In

Follow these steps:

1. Open your OHWO login page.

2. Enter your email address.

3. Enter your password.

4. Click the login button.

5. If the system asks for a two-factor authentication code, open your authenticator app and enter the code.

If You Cannot Sign In

Try these first:

  • Check that the email address is typed correctly.
  • Make sure Caps Lock is not accidentally enabled.
  • Use the password reset option.
  • Ask your administrator if your account is active.

Main Menu

The sidebar is the main menu. Depending on your plan, you may see sections such as:

  • Home
  • Campaigns
  • Audience
  • Ads
  • Funnels
  • Sending
  • Account

Click a menu item to open that area. If the menu is collapsed, click the menu icon or hover over the sidebar to expand it.

Search

If Power Search is available, use it to find items quickly. Type a campaign name, list name, subscriber email, or template name, then select the matching result.
