Create an Automation
1. Go to Campaigns > Automation.
2. Click Create.
3. Choose a trigger.
4. Select the list or segment.
5. Save.
Edit the Automation Flow
1. Open the automation.
2. Click Edit or Flow.
3. Add steps such as Send Email, Wait, Condition, Operation, or Webhook.
4. Connect the steps in the correct order.
5. Configure each step.
6. Save.
Add an Email to an Automation
1. Add or open a Send Email step.
2. Create an email or choose a template.
3. Edit the subject, sender, and content.
4. Send a test email.
5. Save.
View Automation Contacts
Contacts shows who is inside the automation and where they are in the flow.
Possible actions may include trigger, hold, unhold, retry, or advance. Use these actions carefully because they affect the subscriber journey.
Enable or Disable an Automation
1. Go to Automations.
2. Find the automation.
3. Click Enable to make it active.
4. Click Disable to stop it from processing new activity.
