Subscribers are the people who receive your emails.

Add One Subscriber Manually

Use this when you only need to add one person.

1. Go to Audience > Lists.

2. Open the correct list.

3. Go to Subscribers.

4. Click Add Subscriber.

5. Enter the email address.

6. Add other details such as name, phone, or company if available.

7. Add tags if needed.

8. Save.

Edit a Subscriber

1. Open the list.

2. Go to Subscribers.

3. Search for the subscriber.

4. Open the subscriber record.

5. Update the details.

6. Save.

Subscribe or Unsubscribe a Subscriber

1. Open the subscriber record.

2. Choose Subscribe or Unsubscribe, if available.

3. Confirm the change.

Use unsubscribe when someone asks not to receive marketing emails. Do not resubscribe a person unless you have clear permission.

Add Tags

Tags help you group subscribers without creating separate lists.

Useful examples:

  • vip
  • buyer
  • event-2026
  • newsletter
  • inactive

To add tags:

1. Open the subscriber record.

2. Find the tags area.

3. Add one or more tags.

4. Save.

View Subscriber Timeline

The timeline shows the subscriber’s activity, such as signups, opens, clicks, and other tracked events.

1. Open the subscriber record.

2. Click Timeline.

3. Review the activity history.
