OHWO is used to manage email marketing in one place. You can keep your contact lists, create email campaigns, design email templates, collect signups from your website, set up automated emails, and review campaign results.

What You Can Do

With OHWO, you can:

  • Add one subscriber at a time or import many contacts from a CSV file.
  • Group subscribers using tags and segments.
  • Create and send newsletters or promotional emails.
  • Create reusable email templates.
  • Set up automatic emails, such as welcome messages or follow-up reminders.
  • Create signup forms for your website.
  • Upload images and use them in campaigns.
  • Check reports such as opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, and link activity.
  • Manage your profile, team users, subscription, credits, and billing.

Before You Start

For best results, prepare these items first:

  • A verified business email address for sending.
  • A clean contact list of people who agreed to receive your emails.
  • Your logo and campaign images.
  • A clear purpose for each email you send.

Important Access Reminder

Your screen may look different from another user’s screen. The system shows features based on your subscription plan, your permissions, and the features enabled by the administrator.

If you cannot find a menu, do not assume the system is broken. Ask your account owner or administrator whether the feature is included in your account.
