Before you create your first campaign, you should complete your basic account setup. This helps make your emails look professional and trustworthy.

Go to your OHWO login page https://app2.ohwo.com/login and enter your email address and password.

The dashboard gives you a quick view of your account, campaigns, subscribers, and sending activity.

Depending on your plan, you may see:

  • Total subscribers
  • Campaign activity

  • Reports overview

Step 3: Update Your Profile

Go to your account or profile settings.

Check and update the following information:

  • Company or organization name

Step 4: Add Your Business Information

Add your business or organization details.

Recommended information:

  • Business name
  • Website
  • Contact email
  • Business address
  • Phone number, if applicable

Your business information may appear in the email footer depending on your email template and compliance settings.

Check your active OHWO plan.

Your plan may include limits such as:

  • Number of subscribers
  • Number of emails per month
  • Sending features
  • Automation access
  • Sending server access
  • Support level

Step 6: Prepare Your Sender Email

Before sending campaigns, prepare a professional sender email.

Recommended sender emails:

hello@yourdomain.com
newsletter@yourdomain.com
support@yourdomain.com
