If I start a 2 week free trial, is my Solar Plan Pricing locked in?
No. You'll need to check out and purchase a package to lock in your pricing.
Why can't you give me 2 weeks to try it before I lock in the Solar Plan Pricing?
Our software simply isn't that smart. Only a credit card locks in pricing. You can still enjoy a free 2 week trial though.
If I check out now, is it easy to cancel? Am I locked into a long-term contract? Can I get a refund?
We make canceling so easy that we even have a trash can icon button that you click on your own to do it.
You aren't locked into any long-term contract. You simply need to cancel before the next billing period and you won't be charged again.
Right now we aren't able to offer refunds as we are being charged ourselves by the emails sent out and the system being used.
If I cancel and then OHWO raises it's price later, can I get the previous price I paid?
This is kind of like asking if you can buy those jeans at that Black Friday sale, return them, then buy them again with the same Black Friday price in February. This just isn't fair to ask and it's not available. If you choose to cancel, when you return, you will be charged whatever the current market price is for OHWO.
If I cancel early in the month, can I still access my account?
Our system immediately shuts down your account when you click cancel. Make sure you have everything you need before clicking that cancel button.
